Contact is to be made directly with the person/team through the contact provided in the roster. Please contact Hockey NSW if there are any problems.

 

It was proposed by associations at the 2009 Association Member Forum that a pick-up roster be available and easily accessible for state championships. This will allow players and teams to identify their interest in playing at a state championship.

How to place a listing on the Pick-up roster:

To be added to the pick-up roster, Hockey NSW must receive the request from the association (ie. secretary) through the email address championships@hockeynsw.com.au This will be deemed as a clearance from the home association according to the Hockey NSW 2009 Championship Rules. 

Players - to notify their association if they would like to make themselves available to play for a different association at a state championship, in accordance with the championship rules above. Players will need to provide the following details: relevant championship, name, DOB, association, playing position, contact details.

Teams- to notify their association if they require additional players or the possibility to combine with another team to participate at a state championship. Teams will need to provide the following information: relevant championship, association, number of players required, if specific positions are required, contact details.
