CHANGES TO ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Dear Members,
Please be advised of a change to the format of the Hockey NSW 2026 Annual General Meeting, scheduled for Saturday, 28 March 2026.
With the imminent commencement of the 2025 season, many Association representatives are committed to season launches and other obligations on 28 March, and rising fuel costs have made travel prohibitive for others. With only a small number of Member Associations and two Life Members able to attend in person, the Board has concluded that it would not be appropriate to proceed with the in-person format on this occasion.
Accordingly, the Board has decided to transition the AGM to a fully virtual meeting, to be held via Microsoft Teams. All other AGM details remain unchanged:

Time: 10:00am (AEDT)
Format: Virtual – Microsoft Teams
Connection details for the Microsoft Teams meeting will be distributed to all registered Delegates, proxy holders, Life Members, Directors, and staff prior to the meeting. The Open Forum and Association Session planned for the afternoon will not proceed on 28 March.
We would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank Hawkesbury Brewing Co. for their generous offer to host our AGM and for their continued support of Hockey NSW and our Member Associations. HBC's commitment to our sport is genuinely appreciated, and we look forward to finding opportunities to celebrate that partnership in the future.
