Welcome to the home of the NSW Pride

We are the NSW Pride, an Australian professional hockey club established in 2019 and competing in the nation’s premier Hockey One League. Known as the Loudest and Proudest club in the competition, we represent the very best of New South Wales hockey talent. We are also one of the most successful clubs in the league, with our men’s team crowned back-to-back Champions from the inaugural 2019 season and 2022 (2020-21 cancelled due to COVID), and our women’s team lifting the trophy also in 2022. Our players are among the best in the world, with many of us competing on the international stage at the Olympics, Commonwealth Games, and World Cup for the Hockeyroos and Kookaburras. Fierce, united, and fuelled by passion, we proudly carry the spirit of NSW every time we step onto the field.

Pride in Sport

The NSW Pride are proud to partner with Pride in Sport, becoming the first Hockey One team to introduce a Pride Round. Our initiative has set the standard for the league, with the 2025 season seeing Pride Rounds adopted across all of Hockey One. This round provides an important opportunity to raise awareness for the LGBTQI+ community within hockey and throughout New South Wales. Hockey continues to lead the way in promoting gender equality and embracing LGBTQI+ athletes, fans, and supporters, and we are proud to stand as allies both on and off the field.
