The Women's Masters State Contingent Manager (SCM) is primariliy responsible for supporting the NSW Women's Masters Committee in preparation for and during the Australian Championships. To act as a senior member of the team group and be responsible for the welfare of the players and all team officials.

Women's Masters Head Coach |
To assist in the selection, preparation and coaching of the State Team for / at the Australian Women's Masters Hockey Championships. The Women's Masters Head Coach is primarily responsible to assist with the selection and be responsible for the preparation of an allocated NSW Women's Masters State Team selected to represent NSW at the Australian National Championships.

The Women's Masters Head of Selectors' primary responsibility is to ensure correct procedures and policies are adhered to during the selection trials and to assist with the selection of state teams when required, to ensure appropriate opportunities, fairness, transparency and outcomes are realised.
