Veo Joins Hockey NSW as Official Camera and Analysis Partner

Published Mon 28 Jul 2025

Hockey NSW is delighted to announce Veo as our Official Camera and Analysis Partner, signing an agreement with the leading AI-powered sports camera and analysis technology creator from Denmark for an initial three years.

As part of this announcement, Hockey NSW members can access the Veo Winter Sale deal and receive $950 off the Veo Cam 3 and choose a free add-on with their order via this exclusive link. Offer ends on 29 August 2025.

Veo’s cutting-edge solution includes the AI-powered Veo Cam 3 5G, which automatically tracks the ball and players during matches, allowing coaches and athletes to record games, analyse performance, and create highlight videos effortlessly — all without the need for a camera operator. The system also features the ability to livestream games from anywhere in the world, making it easier than ever to share matches with remote audiences. It enables real-time action tracking, automatic highlight selection, and in-depth individual athlete performance analysis and statistics.

Hockey NSW CEO Matthew Bulkeley said the partnership will support the continuing development of the next generation of NSW Pride athletes and coaches, as well as the ongoing production of athletes and coaches from NSW into the national pathway.

“We’re excited to partner with Veo and provide access to these outstanding new camera and analysis tools for our high performance and pathways athletes and coaches. We’re also really pleased to offer discounts on Veo camera and software bundles for our affiliates, clubs, schools, or individual members if they want to purchase one of these incredible setups for themselves,” he said.

Veo Technologies Market Manager for Australia and New Zealand, Tenzing Tsewang, said he was excited about what was possible through the partnership.

“We’re proud to partner with Hockey NSW to help grow and support the incredible community that drives the sport forward across the state. At Veo, we believe in making high-quality video technology accessible to every player, coach, and club — and together with Hockey NSW, we’re excited to empower the next generation of hockey talent through innovation, insight, and shared passion,” he said.

The Veo cameras and analytic software will initially be used by the Hockey NSW Pathways and Performance unit around State Teams and National Championships, as well as in aid of officials development, with additional options for use to be explored over the life of the agreement.
