We are inviting you to Help us play for a day!
We are running a Gala Day in your area and need some Helpers to make it run smoothly.
What we want to do for the Schools & Students : To bring schools together in a positive carnival-style environment that celebrates participation, teamwork, and skill development while providing enjoyable hockey experiences and clear pathways to ongoing involvement.
Who is welcome and what do we need? :
- We need Local hockey community members to represent your Clubs and Associations and assist with the day.
- Hockey NSW will be present assisting to develop coaching & umpiring volunteers.
- We would like Local High schools students to assist with Umpiring, Coaching, organising, running time and assisting in general.
- Should any volunteers attending wish to bring their own their own equipment please do. Eg your Stick, White board, Whistles.
What can you do now?:
- To Express your interest simply submit this form. Please complete by 27.8.2026.
- Arrange your DAY OFF Work or school.
- Ensure your students have permision and transportation organised.
- Get ready to attend the gala day Goulburn Hockey Centre on Thurs Sept 3rd 2026 From 10am-2pm.
