The teams at Hockey Australia & Hockey NSW have noticed that you participated in hockey during the 2024 season but haven’t yet come back and joined us this year.
We would really like to get your thoughts on why you haven’t returned and what we, as a sport, can do better in the future.
The survey is only ten questions long and will take three minutes to complete.
There are also three optional game development questions at the end of the survey which will take an additional three minutes if you are willing to spare your time.
We’re always working to improve the experience for our hockey community, so your feedback is very important to us. The survey closes on August 8 2025.
