We will look at de-identified complaints that Hockey NSW has been aware over past few seasons including typical course of action and outcomes.

This session is suitable for volunteers who are directly involved with complaints and incident handling as well as disciplinary matters at their Club or Association.

Education Week is a week dedicated to upskilling our grassroots volunteers on various topics related to hockey, which we hope will reduce the burden on our local community heros and create a more positive overall experience for our members across the State.
