NSW State Team Travel Details

All athletes are required to complete this form prior to their State Team campaign.

Each team has a designated meeting time and location, as outlined in the Team Information. Athletes are responsible for ensuring they arrive at the team accommodation or venue by this time, regardless of their travel arrangements.

Athletes may choose to travel independently or book the same flights as the Team Officials.

For U18 athletes, if a parent or guardian is unable to attend at the conclusion of the campaign to sign the athlete out, the athlete may choose to travel on the same flights as the Team Officials. If this option is selected, the details must be provided in this form.

Any changes to your travel arrangements after submitting this form must be communicated to your Team Manager as soon as possible.
