2023-24 CENTRE OF DEVELOPMENT for the 12's & the 14's age groups    

The Centre of Development Program is an entry level program for kids aged 14 and under, that provides an opportunity for kids to learn and develop their basic hockey skills. This is done in a fun and social way without the stress of a competitive environment. It is seen as a retention program in the Hockey NSW participation framework.​

With our Program now aligned to the new Hockey Australia age groups - Date of Birth's for program registration this year are suggested as: 2009 - 2013. 

It is recommended that children aged up to and including having already turned 12 in 2023, should register in the 12 age group particularly those who are new to hockey. The 14 age group is recommended for all 13 and 14 year olds and some of the more experienced younger players may also be suitable to register for this age group.

This program is a holistic hockey program offering development opportunities for players, coaches and officials. 
 

Active Kids Voucher

To use your active kids voucher for COD, you will need to complete this survey with your child's full name, DOB and active kids voucher number.

This needs to be done before you register your child for COD.

Once you have completed the survey via the link above you will receive an email with a unique discount code that you will be able to apply to the registration to receive $50 off the total cost.

Closing Date

Registration for the program will close on Monday, 6th November.

Some regions have limited capacity. Once capacity is reached, in the interest of maintaining the value of the program, no more registrations will be accepted.

Uniforms

COD Uniforms can be purchased through the online COD shop, which will close on Sunday, 22nd October. 

Pre-Order your uniform now. Goods will be shipped from the 11th September. Goalkeeper smocks will be shipped from 10th October.

Please be advised that as uniforms and supporter gear are purchased and posted separately, you may not receive them at the same time.
