Australia’s flagship national men’s and women’s hockey teams, the Kookaburras and Hockeyroos, will play blockbuster test series against fellow hockey powerhouse India in Adelaide.
The climax of the Sultana Bran Hockey One League 2022 Season will unfold in Bendigo, with the Victorian city securing hosting rights for the finale of the competition.
The long awaited return of the Kookaburras and Hockeyroos to the International Hockey Federation (FIH) Pro League will see matches played in Newcastle and Hobart in Season 4 of the prestigious global competition.
Following the conclusion of the recent Hockey Australia Country Challenge in Albany, 20 athletes were selected in an extended 2023 Australian Hockey5s Squad.
Select Kookaburras and Hockeyroos international matches, plus an array of Hockey Australia’s premier national events will be held in New South Wales over the next two years.
The renewal of Hockey Australia’s partnership with Destination NSW will see New South Wales play host to the following national and international hockey events through to the end of 2024 (dates are to be confirmed):
